Never use Blue Trust Loans
I once got a loan from Blue Trust for $1,250 and paid $1,900. I thought that was bad enough.
But then, next time, I paid $712, then $712, then $712, then $712. That's $2,848. I was astounded. Now they're telling me I owe for two more months.
That's $4,272 on a $1,250 loan. That's $3,022 interest on a $1,250 loan in only six months! Of all the usurping instalment companies this must be the worst. Avoid it like the plague!
Use any other company but this one. I went over it and over it, and all they could say was, "Would you like to make a payment?" Incidentally, they never could prove they have a copy of the loan with my signature.
Reason of review: usury.
Monetary Loss: $2400.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Borrowed $500 from them. Paid back a little under $1200 back.
Called to see how much was still outstanding, they said $458. No way. Not paying it back. I paid almost $700 on top of the $500.
That's more than fair, IMO. Done with them. They call me at work and try to guilt me. Not gonna' work.
Usury of the worst order. Yes, I took the loan. My mistake. Yet to ask for another $458 on top of the $700 I paid up and beyond the initial $500?
Nope. Not gonna' happen.
